Where are you located?
We are based out of Tampa Bay, Florida serving the Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Bradenton area.
How long have you been in business?
We started in Graphic design 6 years ago. After having numerous clients unable to find a qualified web designer we started offering web design and SEO services last year.
How long will it take my project to be completed?
Turn around time differs for all projects. Graphic Design projects usually take 1 day to 5 days to complete. Web design projects can take as little as 3 days to as long as 6 months depending on the complexity of the job. Hosting can usually be set up instantly. SEO or Search Engine Optimization can take as little as 1 day or can be an ongoing process that never ends depending on what search terms you wish to show up on and what services you need.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes we sure do. While we do not do free updates or upgrades. If there is a word misspelled or a bug that was found after completion of the project, we are more then happy to fix it for free. But if we start a project, and then the client decides to go with another developer, stop development for any reason. The deposit is prorated and the client will receive a refund for the remaining amount.

Will my web site be on google?
Of course, while you may not be number one on a broad nationwide search. We submit all our sites to all the major search engines, and create 5 back links to start you on your way to achieving a high SEO rank. If you would like your site to be ranked high on broad or nationwide searches this requires SEO work, and lots of link building.
How long will it take for my web site to be finished?
This really depends on the complexity and size of your site. For instance a small local business web site consisting of a home page, a photo gallery, and a contact form can take as little as 2 days. Where as a large E-Commerce site with message boards, live chat, and a shopping cart can take as long as 2 months.
Are copywriter services included with web design?
No, but we do provide our clients with many copy write resources to help you create proper keyword rich text. We do offer copywrite services at an extra charge.
What type of web design formats do you support?
We support Flash, XHTML, HTML, CSS, PHP, and CGI Scripts.
Do you upload my site to my hosting provider?
Yes, we will upload your site to your hosting provider and make sure you site is structured properly and that your CGI scripts are working with the proper permissions.
Do you provide graphics for my site?
Yes, but if you already have your own graphics we can adjust your quote, or add additional services at no cost.

How long will it take my project to be completed?
Turn around time differs for all projects. Graphic Design projects usually take 1 day to 5 days to complete. For Example Business cards and logo's can be completed in less then 24 hours, where as a full color 48 page catalog can take a month or more.
How long will it take my project to be printed?
Turn around time again differs for all projects. Business cards, flyers, and brochures will usually arrive at your door with in 3-5 business days. Catalog's, vinyl banners, letter heads, and folders usually take between 5-10 days. All printing turnaround times can be rushed for an additional charge.
How will I receive my job?
Once your job is completed you will receive a proof via email. Once the proof has been approved you will be able to download your job on our site and we will send you a cd/dvd of your job in PDF, PSD, AI, and JPG formats. If we handle the printing your completed job will then be sent to your address via UPS.
I received my job and there was an error?
No problem. If the job had not been proofed or it was our error such as a typo or printing yielded undesired results you will receive a full refund, or we will rush to redo the job at no cost to you including printing. If the error was not our fault, we would be happy to fix the error at not cost to you excluding printing costs.

Do you sell hosting to the general public?
No. We only host our clients sites. Our servers have been selected for speed and stability to serve the South Eastern United States. For our clients security we do not sell hosting to the public.
I'm currently hosting with another provider. Can you transfer my site to your server?
Yes, just give us the hosting provider, and your login and password and we would be happy to transfer your site and email accounts to our server.
What happens if I use to much bandwidth or space?
You will be charge for the overage. $1 per gig of bandwidth and 1$ per 500MB of web space.

How long will it take my SEO project to be completed?
Turn around time differs for all projects. For a small job consisting of creating 20 links and submitting your site to all the search engines will take about 2-3 days. For a large job consisting of creating hundreds of links, landing pages, search engine submission, and rewriting your copy write info can take months. Search Engine Optimization is a time consuming process that can takes months to see results.
